NASA operates the After School Astronomy Clubs (ASAC)web site to enhance the teaching of space science. Over 60 schools worldwide are already registered members. The site has a wide range of resources to help run a club and an active Yahoo chat group which can normally answer any space education query educators may have. Clubs can also obtain a $500 grant through NASA ASAC to buy equipment or support activties.
